This contract (the “Contract”) is entered into by and between the Prison Legal Assistance Project (the “Project”) and the client (the “Client”). This Contract shall govern the provision of legal services to the Client by the Project. The Project agrees to provide legal assistance and representation to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
